How to display the stream from the cameras?

Is it possible to somehow pull the rtsp stream from the registrar, or rather from the cameras that are connected to it, if there is no static ip?
Interested in different registrars. Hiwatch, dahua, LTV, rvi.

There are three known options. The first - the cloud - is used by you and it is inconvenient (it has other disadvantages). The second - through white IP addresses - is not available to you. The third thing remains - to build your own VPN, so that the white address will be somewhere on the VPN server, and the routers on the objects will be the VPN clients. Then you will have access to the local (gray) addresses of recorders and cameras.
But you will need at least one white address for a VPN server, it can also be a VPS.
