Which IP camera to choose for aerial video surveillance?

Good day. There is an idea to raise the IP camera to a height of 150-300 meters (possibly more) in order to organize video surveillance in a separate area of \u200b\u200bthe terrain (with good visibility, in clear weather). The main requirements for the camera are:

  1. Ensuring visibility at a distance of 300m to 1km (ideally, of course, the more the better);
  2. Auto focus;
  3. PTZ system, software zoom control (via web interface, for example);
  4. As little weight as possible (possibly without a case).

Communication with the ground will be carried out using a fiber optic cable, respectively, a Fast Ethernet or Gigabit Ethernet channel.
Tell me in which direction to dig) Are there finished products of this level or do you need to refine some solutions?

there is an intelligent code that simply steals information from the weather forecaster and transfers it here. it weighs 18 kb + a parsing library in a 64 kb wrapper.

PTZ cameras from AXIS will do just fine.
