Which internet provider should you choose for your home? Has anyone heard of Dom.ru?

There are three providers in my house. MTS, Rostelecom, and some kind of Dom.ru has recently appeared. I found out about him because a promoter from this company came to me, praised me a lot, persuaded me to go to them in every possible way, fed him with discounts, but I drove him away. Now I have MTS, and lately it has often been buggy, calls to those. support does not give success, so I'm thinking of switching to this Dom.ru, but is it worth it? Who has already switched to Dom.ru and regretted it, on the contrary, was satisfied, are there such people here?

Every house, every neighborhood is unique. Everywhere there is different equipment and it can work in different ways. There are also factors that affect the operation of the network (power supply, availability for equipment repair, etc).
For starters, would you figure out what problems you are experiencing from MTS and is it possible to overcome them?
From personal experience I will say that sometimes it is faster to solve your problem in a kind and friendly way than shouting at the Internet provider.

Feel free to join. I don’t know how it is in your city, but in mine it’s only 300 rubles a month and everything is good. ER-Telecom is the owner of the domra brand, in terms of the number of subscribers it ranks second in Russia. When compared with the same mts, then domra is out of competition. In domra, all networks are built according to common standards in all 56 cities, while in MTS everything depends on the region to region. MTS does not build its networks in the main, but expands lisht due to the fact that it buys out local providers. If we evaluate Russian providers, then I would give domra 4.5 stars. I don’t even want to evaluate MTS and Rostelecom, domra is out of competition

Gdavnoe carefully read the contract - for some contracts - if you use less than a year and terminate the contract - you are obliged to pay for services not at a "preferential" rate.

Never mess with Dom.ru hubbardists. From a technical point of view, they have everything more or less, but organizationally they are hell and demons. Well, except, of course, that they still use PPPoE. About the tariffs, their advertising is always shamelessly lying - you need to read very carefully what they write in a meeeeeeeeely font. But the most fun begins when you try to get away from them - sanctions for early termination of the contract may well be found in the contract! For example, in my city, you can terminate the contract with Dom.vru only in one place - having arrived with your feet at their central office, while you will need to write an application, stand in lines ... In addition, they can easily hang up a non-existent debt and then call for six months, trying get it.
It was connected for about a year, then turned off their TV. For another three months they tried to accrue some kind of payment to me and stopped doing it only after the words "we'll meet in court." Sticky, obsessive, arrogant. Ugh.
However, in your house all the providers are "stars" - you still have to look for such a bunch of sludge. Of all these, I would choose Rostelecom - it is also a decent pig, but at least a little better than others. MTS has no support at all.

Of the three operators you provided, I would choose Rostelecom, here on the promobile the tariffs and their prices are described in detail. So choose the one that suits you and you will have the Internet. I do not recommend MTS because it rips off a lot of money, and the connection is not very good.
