Which inkjet MFP to take to the office?

The Canon MP610 MFP is dead and beyond repair.
Need a replacement. The load is small - up to 20 sheets per week.
The main requirement is that a copy of a document with blue seals cannot be distinguished from the original with the naked eye.
And a minimum of trouble for the administrator.
The eye fell on Epson L456 - with our load, it will work for a year at the starting gas station.
What do you advise?
