Which high speed LTE module to choose for STM32 project?

Hello, advise an LTE module for transferring a large amount of information that supports UART at a speed of 10 mBaud (or any other high-speed interface for communication with STM32F4) and has real 4-5 megabytes / s for return?
I used SIMCOM 7600E-H , but I managed to overclock it only up to 200 kilobytes / s for return. Moreover, the connection speed from STM32 via UART is 4 Mbaud (it no longer agrees to install the module in the settings via AT commands).
The declared speed of the module is 100 MB for downloading / 50 for uploading.
From the internal SD card of the SIMCOM7600E-H module - the speed via FTP is the same 200 kilobytes / s.
Tested on large files of 100 megabytes.
On the phone in the same LTE network to which the module is connected - the UPLOAD speed is 4-6 MB / s.
The LTE module has a native USB interface, but the manufacturer did not provide drivers for the STM32.
So, in fact, speeds of 5 megabytes / s are unattainable on this module in conjunction with STM32.
