Which helpdesk to choose?

Guys, we need a helpdesk system with two very simple features:
1) Integration with mailboxes. A letter arrives in the box - an application is automatically created in the system. (Almost all solutions have it)
2) When you open an application, somewhere nearby or at a distance of movement / mouse click, you can see information about the user who contacted the support. But not just a name or e-mail, but specific information that should be pulled from my site / service. Such as the date of registration on the portal, the amount on the account, the status on the site, etc. Those. there must be some kind of API to integrate with your own site.
The second point, as a rule, is not described in reviews, articles, descriptions of the capabilities of systems. At least I didn't see it. Registering in each system, of which there are hundreds, and sorting out what's what in search of this feature is expensive. I only hope that someone has already encountered such a task and can immediately tell me: "Use X, it's all there!". Thanks in advance )
