What helpdesk service do you use?
Looking for solutions to work with tickets from customers. It can be SaaS, it can be a cloud solution.
Google gives out a lot of services, testing each one is a big waste of time.
In fact, you only need to create an incident by mail and the ability to remove reports on requests, and the ability to create 5 performers (definitely not less) - in most free version gives three performers.
Now we use otrs - I'm looking for an alternative.

But SaaS is a cloud solution :)
And why does OTRS not suit you? If for b2b support, then try okdesk
