Is there a ready-made software or service for organizing a paid support service?

Good afternoon!
Please advise whether it is worth looking for a ready-made solution for organizing a _paid_ support service that has one of the following parameters:
1) Live chat support, not just tickets.
2) Ability to integrate as a messenger channel - Viber, whatsapp, telegram
3) having an API for possible writing clients for iOS and Android
UPD. They advised Livezilla - but it's not quite right.

livezilla dsuklzbn is typical for this, xs that it’s not quite right for you,
well, there is no API either, usually support is otherwise tied to soap, there are already tools for converting correspondence into chat

well, for sending a support in a chat room "in three letters" a support engineer can remain without a job.
And so - all correspondence is only by email, in case of questions related to the client - only from the contact email registered in the account. In case of non-response at some certain time to the ticket, the ticket system can kick both the one who did not answer and the higher management, or even affect the size of the bonus.
