What are the helpdesk systems + integration with Asterisk?

For some time now I have been trying to find a free HD/CRM/ERP system with normal integration with Aster. Ideally, I see the following scenario for using the software package: a call comes in to an HD specialist, an incident window appears in the system with the CID of the caller and the operator who received the call, if the CID is already entered into the system, then the name / surname of the one who applied is substituted. Well, nice buns like click2dial.
It's not funny, but SugarCrm turned out to be the only one close to these wishes, despite the fact that the ticket and project modules are, to put it mildly, none there. Maybe I searched badly? Tell who knows what.
Added later: and absolutely fantasies from the category of pink dreams - integration with zabbix without anal acrobatics.

Have you tried Kayako? On the last project, we managed to fasten calls to Kayako. The solution is not ideal, but it can be used.
In the future, such functionality is planned for our service - Omnidesk .
