Which headset to choose for a manager (phone + skype + sip)?

Please advise a good headset, so that you can work in it all day.
Something that could be connected to both a computer and a phone, or two different ones, for both.
It would also be nice if you could connect several mobile phones to the headset input at once.
Which is better, wired or wireless?
And yet, advise the mobile phone purely for calls, for a headset, preferably for a lot of sims.

Pros:
good microphone;
good sound;
volume control;
comfortable on the head;
light;
very budgetary, about 220 r.
Cons:
wired.
