Which headphones don't let sound through?

I like to listen to music at high volume, it annoys my colleagues. What kind of headphones allow the least sound to pass through the speakers? Now I'm sitting with a Panasonic RP-HT161 , apparently they perfectly transmit sound to the outside. Ideally, I would like monitors, the budget is ~ 5-8k.
I will add that I mainly listen to electronic music - house, techno, minimal, I would like good lows and mids

How about sennheiser cs 300 ii? or models older than sennheiser ie 60?
