Why is there no sound on my Jabra Evolve 75 after updating Jabra Direct?

I have been successfully using the Jabra Evolve 75 headset for six months. An excellent device. But after the next update of the Jabra Direct software, the sound disappeared completely in the headphones and the microphone does not work. When turned on, the device reports that it is connected to the computer, the MacOS software sees the headphones, the Android phone sees the headphones via Bluetooth, but there is no sound.

Maybe someone faced a problem?
