Which HDD to choose for PC?

Hello. There is a question about buying an HDD. A new computer, for the system and other work programs, took an SSD 120Gb. Perhaps the main criterion for me is the noise. At the moment, the computer is running quietly, but there is practically nothing to buzz in it - I haven’t taken a video card yet, I don’t have an HDD either, and as I understand it, the main portion of the noise comes from them. Googling, I found out that drives from WD Green series, which are considered the quietest (?), are in good demand and reputation. But here the question arises, I had WD Green on my old PC https://market.yandex.ua/product/7870629?hid=91033... , and the computer was buzzing like a steam locomotive. Perhaps the reason is not only in the HDD or not at all in it. But I'd better ask someone what experience, what kind of quiet HDD?
According to the budget, I won’t overclock much, the limit is 2k UAH ($ 80), the volume of 1TB, in principle, suits. I also read that if you take discs with a large number of revolutions, then it will warm up and additional is needed. ventilation. This does not suit me, because. again, the budget is limited and I'm afraid that with an increase in the number of revolutions it will make a lot of noise. Thanks
PS By the way, that disk is already 6 years old pah pah still breathing, as far as I understand, this is still a good time.
UPD Maybe it will be useful for someone, I took this elmir.ua/hard_drives_for_desktop_pcs/hdd_3_5_sata_...
Let's see how it goes, but now it's not audible at all. Exactly what I wanted.

It is definitely worth choosing disks from low-speed ones, maybe even laptop ones. Focus primarily on the noise level declared by the manufacturer, then on the reviews. Yandex.market allows you to sort by noise level . The smaller, the better, if you need exactly quiet.
Lyncho I like seagates more, but this is an extremely subjective opinion.

Seagate Constellation ES.3 -
