Which HDD to choose for home file storage?

I needed to take home a new hard drive and then I realized that I hadn’t bought it for a long time and didn’t even look at this kit. Somehow out of touch with life. Bought a very long time ago, I don’t even remember if it’s new, some Hitachi 1 TB plows briskly, is alive, but it has 2 GB of free space left, despite the fact that the system is on an SSD, and it began to dull from this situation.

Actually, recommendations are needed, what good can be taken within 5000 r. 2 TB. From the availability in my city, these requirements include:
Toshiba HDWD220UZSVA, DT01ACA200, HDWT720UZSVA
Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM005, ST2000DM008
WD Blue WD20EZAZ, WD20EZBX Will

be used as a file cleaner with network access. Games and software will remain on the old Hitachi.
In a month or two, we plan to take another one of the same (is it the same?) and organize RAID1, because among the files there are many old photos that are not found anywhere else, I want to secure such files.
If everything goes as planned, then by the end of the year, RAID will have to move to a home NAS.

Which HDD to choose

From your list, I would choose Toshiba DT01ACA200 , because. in fact it is Hitachi HDS723020BLE640 :
HGST HDD P/N 9F14311

Actually, earlier on the stickers they wrote in plain text that "this Toshiba hard drive is Hitachi" . Now they usually do not write, but I believe that little has changed in terms of production. They even left part number 9F14311.
Another bonus of such "discs from the past" is that there is guaranteed not to be fun like SMR.
Separately, I note that this advice is by no means a guarantee of the ideality of the disk, and not an indulgence from performing the sacred ritual of creating backups - we were brought all at least somewhat common disks from all manufacturers.
