Which hardware is better to buy for Intel Core i7-10700K OEM?

Good afternoon.
There is an old PC

. It needs to be replaced with an Intel Core i7-10700K OEM processor . In iron, I do not understand anything, hence a lot of questions. What motherboard to choose for this processor? What power supply? What kind of RAM (preferably at least 8GB)? Budget 50000 r. The rest does not need to be changed, it is still in the plans for the future. I read somewhere that such a processor needs "fast memory", do I understand correctly that we are talking about RAM? Maybe there is something better than the Intel Core i7-10700K OEM in terms of quality or some other parameters for the same price?
I apologize if the question is formed completely incorrectly, I just don’t understand the hardware, if some information is missing or if you need to use some other program to view information about the hardware - tell me, I will do everything.

Your hardware is quite old, so along with the process and the motherboard, you will need to take RAM and power supply
1. If you want 10700K, then take 10700KF - it will be cheaper, because. F - the absence of a video core in the processor, because you have a video card
2. Since the processor is 10700K, it can be overclocked (the letter K on the processor), then you need to take the motherboard with the possibility of overclocking, namely the Z chipset, you can take the cheapest motherboard on the Z490 chipset 3. You need to take 2 8 GB sticks of RAM
, you can take a Patriot Viper
But you will not feel the power of your processor, because the whole emphasis will be on the video card, and it is very difficult to purchase a new video card

1) If you do not specify goals, then you most likely do not need 10700k (by the way, there is no difference in price from 10700kf at all, you can look at the price aggregators yourself), you can take 10700, it will heat up less and in large networkers it is significantly cheaper than K and KF. In stores like Savelovsky, all three + - in one price
2) It follows from the first, z490 is not needed. B460, B560 boards are our choice.
3) Operational, I would take 16 GB with one die, if the money is limited, for a further upgrade.
4) I agree with the power supply, be quiet, evga, seasonic, super flower. The first two are assembled on the koplektuhas of the rest. If the video card is up to 2080, 3070, then 700 W is enough with a margin.
By DNS, if you look, it will come out all 23k processor + 8-9k motherboard + 8-9k power supply 700 W + 6-7k memory chip
