Which GUI client should I choose to work with PostgreSQL?
I would like it to be close in functionality to PL/SQL Developer for Oracle. That is, you need not only work with tables, but also a debugger for the procedural language built into postgres. I look towards dbForge Studio for PostgreSQL. Would this be the best choice?

Xs what functionality the oracle thing has, but here:
dbForge is expensive rich, but I xs, is there debugging there.
DataGrip - in principle, there is everything you need, including a debugger and profiler, while not expensive and with a nice interface.
dBeaver is free, and it seems that you can even debug it somehow.
