Is it possible to do image resize in lxc (proxmox ve) without stopping PostgreSQL?

Actually there are several working postgresql instances in the lxc container (proxmox ve)
Is it possible to resize the disk without stopping the DBMS, since porxmox can add space without stopping the container.
Confuses only the log, remounting in the process.
Can this somehow affect the integrity of the DBMS?

Image resized.
resize2fs 1.43.4 (31-Jan-2017)
Filesystem at /dev/loop7 is mounted on /tmp; on-line resizing required
old_desc_blocks = 10, new_desc_blocks = 14
The filesystem on /dev/loop7 is now 27525120 (4k) blocks long.

TASK OK

Yes.
postgresql uses ordinary sysctl file manipulation and does not interact directly with the device.

No.

Regular, the probability is near zero, if it’s really scary, then no one canceled the backups.
