Which gaming PC should you buy now?

Which PC to buy for a child and at what price (preferably $1000) for games (Diablo 3, Cities Skyline, Sims 4) in order to play at maximum quality and stream, so that the stream does not slow down, so that there is a power reserve for the release of new versions of these games to last for 5 years? Preferably a ready-made system unit from those offered on the market in online stores, so as not to mess around.

Take ONLY in parts. There are no balanced PCs in stores. In any standard store, you can collect components and order an assembly, they will give you an assembled PC.
I would collect a trace version of
Intel i5 (7600) for example
Video from 1060 6GB (preferably 1070)
RAM from 16GB
ssd from 256 gb for Windows and a couple of toys at least + HDD from 1tb to store anything.
PSUs from 500w I like Thermaltek.
If you need an exact assembly with links - write the city, I'll drop it.
