If you are so sure that it is, download the latest versions of DrWeb Cure It, AVZ (both can be run sequentially) and scan.
They didn’t find anything - it means it’s not a virus, these are the consequences of its use.
Malware sometimes uses windows customization programs to make their work easier/hidden.
