Which fs to use for hard drives with collections periodically migrated by freebsd linux?

Which fs to use for collection hard drives that periodically migrate freebsd <--> linux?
I tried to run with ext fs in freebsd, but some kind of hard hum began to appear.
Now it's ntfs (via ntfs-3g), but non-removable files weighing 0 bytes have appeared ...
Actually, this is the situation.
Shl what fs are suitable for SmartTV from Samsung?

If there are enough operatives, you can adapt ZFS well for such a task and migrate conveniently in whole pools.
