What is included in the concept of the criterion of the resume "knowledge of linux"?

What's up, software.
What do I need to know in general so that I can indicate in my resume that I know linux?
I've been sitting under a poppy for about a year from under the console, and the hospital is on debian.
That is, according to the file system, and to the whole primitive, I am guided.
I am familiar with such things as configuring a server via ssh, and similar things.
But I still often go to Google before I want to do something, for example, install some kind of application.
Commands, changes in files (it's not clear why), and so on.
Will this ever end, or will I always go to Google?)

Too vague concept.
Linux experience?
1. Knowledge of the file system
2. Ability to add a repository
3. Installing standard packages from the repository.
4. Be able to set up a network.
Everything else is like everyone else.
Linux administration experience?
1. Be able to raise services and services.
2. Knowledge of the structure of the system.
3. Ability to write bash/shell scripts
Feel free to google or any other source for information.
Everyone is looking for it, I did it 1-2 times, through Google and the decision is already remembered.
The main thing is the ability to analyze and understand what and why you are doing.
If you can’t explain to yourself what you want to do, then it’s better to google or read mana and lore.
There are many specializations in Linux administration.
Networks and routing (separate country)
Telephony
Postal services
Web servers
Automation
Enterprise architecture there too.

Ask yourself what you need to know about Windows/MacOS to add this system to your resume.
Think whether you know enough analogues for Linux.
Writing "I know Linux" is an incorrect phrase. come up with a wording that suits you.
"Basic Linux skills"
"3.5 months experience with Linux"
"10 years *nix system administration experience"
"I can install Linux, OpenOffice and Firefox in virtualbox"

If you know where the system has logs and know how to navigate them, you know Linux.
If you freely navigate in / proc - generally a great Guru.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
