How to run sh file invisibly?

I want to run a .sh ( shell ) file in stealth. That is, when you run it, the terminal opens, but it is not visible. I've looked through a HUGE bunch of sites the size of your toilet paper stock and I haven't found anything about it...

If do_you_want_to_know_what_is_my_os == true:

if you need a graphics table, then make a desktop shortcut with the Terminal=false parameter.
