Which freelance exchange to choose for a network administrator?

Colleagues, I welcome you! Tell me which freelance exchange to choose to start a career as a network administrator? Remote configuration of network equipment Cisco, Mikrotik, D-link, Ubiquiti. Goal: additional income in addition to the main place of work and gaining additional experience in setting up non-trivial configurations.

Orders for system administration on the stock exchange are to set up a web server, deal with virtual machines, etc.
That is, a purely system, and no networks.
Orders for your profile are extremely rare on exchanges, this is rather an exception.
Such things should be looked for not on the stock exchange, but in your region. In most cases, such things are not done remotely.
Requires personal presence at the site.
Understand one simple thing - networks are not remotely configured.
And on the stock exchanges, mostly remote work is offered.
So forget about stock exchanges.

I'm trying to kill my free time freelancing for about six months as a system administrator.
There are very few orders, prices are below the baseboard :-(
There is almost nothing on networks.
The most demanded
is VPS / VDS performance optimization (from 500-1000 r)
- setting up servers on sites (from 1000 r)
- virtualization (from 500 r)
- remote 1C desktops / Citrix Xendesktop / RDP / etc. (5-10 tr.)
- setting up spam servers (postfix / exim, etc.) is in demand (5 t. and higher)
- server proxy / socks (rather total for spamming) (500-1000 r)
- cleaning sites from viruses, mostly one-time tasks. Few people think about why the infection occurred, and do not want to think about tomorrow. (from 300 r)
That's something like this ...

One question: how do you imagine the most elementary most banal case in general, for example, we drove into a new office and even if there is already a network there (physically the wires are already thrown, etc.) set up for our needs and set up the Internet for us and set up this and that ... remotely, the patch cords that have fallen out are also remotely set up and the printer too, by the way, the copier (which is generally canon, but it doesn’t matter) must also be repaired, it doesn’t print (the toner has broken).

IMHO there will be no such markets - this is not a freelancing area, people don’t buy on freelancing, but only rent hardware or even use PaaS.
System administrator - on any, for example, on Upwork.

There are no such exchanges, almost everything is configured in person. Well, how will you configure the remote Wi-Fi link?
In general, the infrastructure is moving towards unification and I hope soon there will be just faceless pieces of iron with Linux on board without this terrible interface of iOS or Mikrotik

On exchanges, such orders are unlikely due to the specifics.
But if you still have a desire, you can actively answer / help on various network and isp-oriented forums like nag.ru, local.com.ua, anticisco and the like, prove yourself more or less understanding. Sometimes offers "to make it work, for a fee" slip through there. In many cases, the problems are non-trivial and complex, but you can try.

If the question is still relevant, I can offer to chat.
I represent a startup, working with networks, non-standard solutions and configurations - this is what we need.
