Hello! My company is developing websites and chatbots. I am looking for a free system in Russian for a small team, in which for each project you can set deadlines, set tasks, assign responsible persons, it is desirable to measure the time of work on a task, see a readiness report for all projects and adhere to deadlines.
For now, I’m looking in the direction of jira, but it’s still difficult to figure out how I organize work in it. Create a project for each chatbot being developed, or divide all chatbots into epics in one project. In general, it’s difficult, I can’t penetrate, maybe there is something simpler.

For each project, you can create a task, to it - subtasks. You can assign a responsible person, deadlines, etc. There is a kanban, a mobile version, chats, push notifications, a small shared disk.
The free version is limited by the number of users.

If you have less than 10 people in your team, look towards YouTrack Standalone. Everything you need for work is there, it is flexibly configured, it works much faster than Jira.
It is free for up to 10 users with no functionality limitations.
