Project and time management system

Good afternoon.

I ask the community to suggest a project and time management system.

At the moment we are using FengOffice, in general, a good system with convenient reports on time and projects, but I would also like to be able to keep some internal notes on the department, something like a blog for entries like: “On a server such and such has changed today postfix config..." etc...

There is only one requirement - working with the system via the Web.

Tell me, dear, who uses what?

Teamlab is here to help.
As an alternative to FengOffice, that's it.
According to the features you described:
Internal blogs - there are
Project management tools (projects, milestones, tasks, subtasks) - there is the
ability to comment - there is
the ability to work with documents, incl. conscientious - there is
SaaS, but you can also install it on your server.

Depending on what budget and goals, you can use Microsoft EPM, it can also work via the web - pmexperience.org/en/content/microsoft-office-project
