Which free Hebrew font can be considered "good" and "literate" in terms of typography?

1. The font must be suitable for web interfaces.
   
2. The font must be ... well, literate, in general. Designer's choice. Not arial and not caliber)
   
3. Good, modern, for body text, friendly, humanistic, grotesque.
   

Desirable:

1. Lots of inscriptions.
   
2. For free.
