Which free ftp server to choose?

Hey! It is required to raise the FTP server on the network. I saw Serv-U like that - I really liked the fact that there is a web interface for the user.
Are there any free analogues with a web interface for windows/UNIX? Who uses what for corporate purposes? We also need SSL/TLS support.

Why is the solution on Linux unsatisfactory? As an interface on Windows, the standard explorer. Linux also has free clients, such as the cross-platform Filezilla

The most popular seems to be filezilla, will have to try. The web interface is easy to use.
