Which Framework to choose for "standard" sites and CMS?

Which Framework to choose, so that on the one hand you can quickly raise a site ala "catalog" + "news" + "about the company", and on the other hand, assemble a CMS of any complexity for specific tasks?
That is, there are several criteria:
-php is desirable, but not necessary
-difficulty of entry / study -community
size
-support and development -free -number of ready-made modules
-ease of use of your own The main ones are considered these, but the circle needs to be seriously narrowed) Zend Framework Symfony Django Yii Ruby on Rails ASP.NET MVC Grails PS Perhaps some more criteria needs to be added?

ZF2 is better to look after Symfony2 ;)

In general, as expected, who writes on what, he then advises) It is impossible to compare, without any experience with the framework, I will follow the path "millions of flies cannot be wrong").
ZF2.
