There is a system written by CMS (not by me). So, when saving an article, if there is a link tag in the text (it was noticed only with a link tag, maybe there is something else), then it gives such an error prntscr.com/idg2vo The
CMS is written in Symfony somewhere in the 2nd version. OS on the CentOS server (can't remember which version).
I went through everything, but I did not find anything in the CMS. I myself have just come across the symphony and I don’t understand much there.

Thanks everyone for the advice. Problem solved! it turned out not to be in cms and not even in the server itself, but in ESHDI.
Filtration was at the ESHDI level.

Total Commander - Commands - File Search
We click the "With text" checkbox, write in the field next to the "Web Page Blocked" checkbox, click "Start Search".
Next, figure out where it's coming from.
The option is even simpler - find the authors of cms, write them a question.
