Custom form rendering in symfony, how to create checkbox fields in Bootstrap Card view?

Hello everyone, is it possible to create a Bootstrap Card checkbox form somehow?

I have a service that provides me with different Bootstrap Card's, like this:

but I would like to put a checkbox in the top right corner to activate via Symfony Forms.
is it possible and how can it be done?
