If you can find it, then look at the authors of the bundles on knpbundles.com or github, with a high degree of probability they work in companies that develop on symfony2.
The same knplabs specialize in symfony2. I can also name a Russian company in a personal - I wouldn’t say that they specialize in it, but they are engaged in custom development and use symfony2.

As a rule, Symfony2 is used by companies to implement their own services, and so, apart from knplabs, I have not met anyone else. Alternatively, you can contact freelancers.

There are no alternatives to knplabs with Russian-speaking sf2 breakers yet. Contact them, they are smart. Expensive though, but they go to the dialogue :)
