Which firewall for Win 10 is closest in functionality to Outpost?

Please advise a firewall that is as similar as possible to Agnitum Outpost:
1) 100% correct display of current network activity in real time sorted by applications.
2) The ability to quickly create a rule by clicking on a blocked connection.
3) Ability to create multiple rules for the application and switch between them.
4) Display of ports open by the system and programs.
5) Without anti-virus add-ons or with the ability to completely disable them.
If there is no such thing, and someone uses the firewall built into Win 10 for the above, please link the sensible manual.
PS If you use Outpost 9.3 under Windows 10 (version not supported since 2015), please respond and tell me if there are any bsods or any other problems, and how to avoid them, if any? (On the seven with all the updates, it still works stably)
