Haven't used Fedora, but in order for GRUB to detect Windows, the os-prober package is needed . After installation, regenerate grub.cfg:# grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
As soon as EFI is visible in the boot, you can try to look in the BIOS for the option to select which EFI - bootloader to activate - grub2 or windows
