Which fingers to press the system keys and their combinations?

I learned touch typing pretty quickly, but as a programmer, I have to press the system keys and their combinations almost more often.
And here is a big problem - typing simulators usually do not teach this, these keys themselves are always located very differently in different keyboards and I handle them very awkwardly and looking at the keyboard.
Maybe someone knows what interesting materials on this topic to study? Interested in such keys as F1-F12, ctrl, alt, cmd, fn and their combinations with others.

Everyone urinates how they want.
I press Ctrl and Shift with my little finger, Alt and Cmd with my thumb.

in Windows, I changed contr and alt in places in the system settings in order to press the contl with your thumb (that is, now alt, by analogy with cmd in poppy).

1. Depends on the habit.
2. Depends on the size of the hands, the size of the keyboard and the location of the special keys on the keyboard.
