Key A does not work on the keyboard, does not respond to pressing .. But if you press A while holding the W button, then key A works ... What could be the problem? And how can this be fixed? Model BiFriend GK5

Obviously, either the track is broken, or when you press the button does not reach the road and there is no contact, and when you press W, the substrate (is there a soft plastic substrate there?) Is deformed and there is contact at button A.

Have you tried another keyboard? Maybe it's the device itself.
