Which entry-level laptop to buy for the office (from the new commercially available)?

Hello! Please advise a laptop for a network engineer.
It will be used with Windows 10 to configure network equipment, run undemanding software (for example, to flash the same network equipment)
Requirements:
Processor no worse than Intel Celeron;
RAM not less than 4Gb;
HDD (built-in 32GB flash drive is not good - a problem with updating Windows);
Diagonal ~ 15"
IMPORTANT: built-in Ethernet, and it's a normal version, and not a spring-loaded connector cover, which will not hold the cable when used on weight.
