Why is the right USB port on the mouse not working on the Nitro AN515-43 laptop? If I insert a hard drive into this port, it works well, but does not want to use a mouse

The disk works on USB3.0, and the mouse works on USB2.0. Perhaps only the 2.0 part of the port is not working.
