Which engine to choose for a notebook?

In order not to look again for how to add FreeNAS to AD or why the disk removed from the linux server does not want to be added like storage in ESXi, I now use Evernote, but I would like to raise my site, it would be so calm, of course, that Everenote servers have much higher uptime than my home server, but still.
Plus, there is the opportunity to share with someone (if, of course, this is allowed by the original source), and plus there is a chance that someone will accidentally wander in and suggest the best solution for some kind of scenario.
What engine is better to choose for such a site?
With the possibility of separate access to pages, because I would like to save all the knowledge, but not all this knowledge is allowed to be published.

If you are good at programming then you can easily implement a similar resource on Wordpress. It has most of the necessary functions, and those that are not, you can easily add yourself.
In addition, there are a number of excellent (albeit paid) templates and plugins (like this one ).

it would be cool to do something like evernot, only the database would be stored in the cloud
