Which engine should a beginner choose for writing 3D movement?

Hello, I need help with choosing an engine (free) for writing normal movement in 3D space and interacting with objects (no physics, just windows with text when interacting). I myself am a beginner, so I'm interested in the most intuitive environments. For no particular reason, I tend to Unity (simply due to the fact that I hear about it most often).

For a beginner only Unity. Because:
You can also look at Godot 3.0 . Its advantages:

  1. it is completely free (OpenSource)
  2. excellent community (telegram channels, YouTube channels, forums, etc., etc.)
  3. there is support for visual programming (VisualScript - something like blueprints from Unreal Engine)
  4. there is support for such languages as: GDScript (something like Python), C#, C++, D, Python, Nim
  5. code editor built into the engine itself
  6. the engine does not require installation (unpacked the archive, launched the .exe and that's it)
