Which electronic circuit emulator should a beginner choose?

So that for free and, if possible, with a library of Russian radio components (if at all possible), the topic is not interested and not studied, but now I want to!
I want to start from the basics, connect light bulbs and resistors, but to save time, do it on a computer. Tell me also if there is a simulation of the failure of parts in such programs? So that, as in reality, the elements heat up and can change their characteristics. It was possible to measure the temperature and design a board. In short, I want such an electric sandbox, visual and convenient.

@engine9

circuitlab
Altium Designer.
As far as I know, Altium does not have the ability to analyze temperatures, and, moreover, analyze the reliability of elements.
On a simple level, it is quite difficult to deal with the degradation of elements from temperature, electromagnetic influences, penetrating radiation ... etc. Even if you are going to do power electronics. So, I advise you to focus on simple things.
The elephant must be eaten in parts.

@Sapien2

You can try LTSpice. At least it's free.
If in the future pampering with an arduino is planned, then Proteus.
