Which editor to choose for drawing with a tablet?

Hello Toasters :) I am a beginner artist. I am learning to draw characters for games, cartoons, etc.
So far, I use video lessons and my notebook, I actually draw with a pencil on a piece of paper.
In the near future, I'm going to take a Wacom Bamboo Pen tablet for myself, and now I've settled on the question, which drawing editor to choose. Of those that I know, these are Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchBook Pro & CorelDRAW, but as far as I know, SketchBook and Photoshop are more suitable for drawing from them. Others are more related to vector cases.
So I googled and found several editors:
1. SketchBook Pro
2. Corel Painter
3. Paint Tool SAI
4. Paint.Net
5. Adobe Photoshop
6. GIMP
7. MyPaint
8. ArtAge

I think that's enough. If something is not listed, then feel free to add, just write why it was him. Now I would like to hear something specific:

Answer from Vasya Pupkin: DEFINITELY 2. Corel Painter, I draw with it and POINT.

I would like to hear why he is, a couple of pluses and, accordingly, minuses.
Thank you in advance for your answers and your time.

Everyone chooses what is more convenient for him. Corel and Adobe have different interfaces. To each his own is more convenient.
P.S. I am not an illustrator. I do interfaces.

Corel Painter is an editor recognized by professionals. It draws most of the pros in the world. Has a bunch of brushes, paper textures and so on.
SketchBook Pro is simple and free (at least it used to be). And this is important if you are just starting to draw.
Adobe Photoshop, in principle, is also suitable. Many draw in it. With the release of the latest versions, even real "physical" brushes have appeared, as in Corel Painter.
GIMP is free, but it has fewer features than the ones mentioned above. And even less convenience.
You can also look towards Manga Studio.
