We set the task to find a web-based system with which you can register users and receive documents from them. I started with Alfresco, but it lacks the ability to register new users automatically instead of manually.
What the system should be able to do:
- register a new user
- accept documents from him
- send him feedback, in the form of a message or email

almost any cms has automatic functions. user registration
even Joomla, even WordPress and many many others.
You put some kind of cms + look for an extension so that you can upload files - there are also enough of them.
