Which documentation tool is right for you?
What free tool is suitable for documenting a project with a server side in j2ee + mysql + neo4j, and a client side in C ++? It is important that this is all automated for both the first and second parties (so as not to get confused with various comment descriptions and perform a minimum of routine work).
There seem to be a lot of positive articles about Doxygen, but is it really that good? Or are there any disadvantages?

Start here: Where can I see examples of documenting the development of the site?
Then be sure to this: How to document an existing solution?
And finally, this: Where is the best place to document the service?
