Which distribution of macOS to install on the intel i7-4770 processor?

Good time friends, I'm thinking of jumping to the ecosystem, I have no experience before.
The question arises in the assembly: which one to put in order for the idea to be successful?
Having climbed a little, I found installation instructions:
* OS X 10.11 El Capitan
* Sierra (which version do you recommend?)
HD4600 integrated video - settings for vidyuhi after installing Clover

2) I use 2 monitors from under the integrated video via VGA and HDMI, will there be any problems?
3) I also plan to install a virtual machine: Parallels Desktop
Question: Can I make a Live CD of a valid Win 10 pro, and then put it on a virtual machine so that all the work done with setting up the screw + driver + software is preserved, or will I have to install a clean one?
4) References to useful reading for beginners are also welcome, where you can expand your knowledge for convenient work with the system + software!
Thanks, others!

mac OS Mojave supports Intel Core i processors starting with Series 3 (based on the minimum supported version of Apple computers https://support.apple.com/kb/SP777?locale=en_US). Accordingly, you can put Mojave on the i7-4770.
If there is a discrete graphics card from Nvidia, then most likely Mojave will not start, because. very few "green" cards are natively supported in macOS, and for some reason no one has delivered drivers for Nvidia to Mojave.
If you really want to install macOS on a PC, and not just try your luck, then I advise you not to use assemblies, but to install everything yourself (well, or order a paid installation, but when you upgrade to a new version, you will most likely have to turn to paid services again).

VGA monitor will not work in macOS. I only once saw information that someone on a laptop, with some crutches, was able to get the VGA / D-Sub port to work.
I don’t know about LiveCD, but if you have an additional blank disk or a 64+ GB flash drive, then you can install macOS on them without touching Windows in any way.
If you only have 1 disk and it is marked in MBR, then it will have to be formatted in GPT during the installation of macOS. If Windows is already on GPT, then, perhaps, it will do without formatting.
