Which currency card is better to link to the Apple store?

Good afternoon. Now the apple store offers to buy applications for rubles, but the ruble price is slightly higher than the dollar price
($0.99 = 33 rubles). I currently have Visa classic cards - both dollar and ruble. In fact, I don't care which of these cards to register in the app store.
If I link a dollar card, can I buy for $0.99 instead of 33 rubles? Or is it not possible? Thank you!

As far as I know, linking a Russian card (issued by a Russian bank) to a supposedly foreign account will not work. Everything else is correct above. Do not be smart, in general, the ruble will be OK.

As far as I know, it does not matter which card you link, it is important which country is selected in the AppleID profile. If Russia, then rubles
will be withdrawn from a currency or ruble card , while the currency will be converted into rubles (2nd loss of rubles - currency - rubles). In the profile, you need to specify the country for which the default calculation is $, link a currency card. On the other hand, I don’t know your situation with replenishing a currency card, perhaps the commission for currency conversion will be more expensive than 3 rubles, and in fact $ 0.99 -> bank -> apple << 33 rubles
