I have an LLC with the name let's say XXXXX. Do I understand correctly that LLC, unlike IP / Fiz. I can not show my face with my real name and enter any name of the developer under the name of the application in appsote / google play?

Or the name of the developer will be the name of my LLC and nothing can be done?

You can enter anything there. Whether you have an LLC or sole proprietorship does not affect the application in any way.
