Which CRM to choose for school/courses?

Hello everyone, I'm puzzled by the choice of crm for a foreign language school / courses (the sales process is practically the same).
Basic requirements:

cost per year up to 50,000 (+ - 15,000) rubles
- access for 15 people you
need standard crm functionality with the exception of one BUT :
the school has courses, in order to launch the course you need to recruit 5 people. In addition to these functions, you need to be able to filter groups in order to see the occupancy.
my searches led to the fact that this functionality is called Multiple Deal Pipelines, but in Google I found little crm with this function:
zoho - yes, cool, but expensive because of the dollar exchange rate
pipedrive - yes, but Multiple Deal Pipelines does not have all that as described above.
it is not necessary to suggest a specific solution, maybe someone knows where to look? what words to google?

We boot from the LiveCD, look at fdisk -l which partition is bootable (You have /dev/sda1), mount it, make a chroot / mount folder, first look in GRUB (or if we didn’t have time - ls -la /boot) - what version of the kernel ( 3.19.XX-YY).
And finally: update-initramfs -u -k 3.19.XX-YY-generic
In general, it's time to switch to 16.04. LTS anyway :)
