What are the branch management CRMs?

Need a platform to manage multiple branches of the training center.

There are several branches of the training center. To manage them, you need a CRM or ERP platform. The platform will be used for internal purposes only. Leads, sales funnel, etc. Not needed.
The platform should contain information about the branch itself (address, contacts, employees, number of PCs and other equipment, etc.) + the platform administrator should be able to create study groups and enter information about students there.

for what you described, neither ERP nor CRM is needed. What you described in the last paragraph looks like a set of purely reference information, without any transactions and (even more so) without any business processes.
Why in the first paragraph did you call it BRANCH MANAGEMENT? Where in the functionality you need is there at least something controlling?
