Which CRM to choose for product delivery?

Hello. There will be an online grocery store where you can order groceries for home delivery.

We need a crm system where pickers will receive an order and collect it. They must see what goods need to be collected in the basket, and walk around the trading floor to collect them. Also, there should be a barcode scanner, so that when scanning, it is automatically noted in the program that the courier has found the right product.

Perhaps this is no longer CRM, but some kind of software. Heard that it is possible to make by means of framework.

This is the function of an online store.
A virtual basket is formed. In printed or electronic form goes to the warehouse.
You can do it in the framework too.
