How to get a report on the cost of a click in Yandex.Direct?

Let's say we have an advertising campaign running and there are clicks that cost something. How to collect data on the cost of a specific click for analytics? Maybe they can somehow be obtained via the Yandex API. directive or something else.
PS: If there was a label like utm_cost, then in principle the issue would be resolved, but then anyone could find out the price :)
